Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde, \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Narkotik Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince uyu\u015fturucu su\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130stihbari ve teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda, uyu\u015fturucu madde ticareti yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ve sosyal medya \u00fczerinden uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 alenen \u00f6zendirdikleri ve bu nitelikte yay\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edilen 119 \u015f\u00fcpheli belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nca 119 \u015f\u00fcpheli hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6zalt\u0131 karar\u0131 verilirken, 77 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u015f\u00fcphelilerden 76’s\u0131 mevcutlu olarak Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131kta haz\u0131r edildi. \u015e\u00fcphelilerden 3’\u00fc Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7a serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rken, 21 \u015f\u00fcpheli adli kontrol, 52 \u015f\u00fcpheli ise tutuklama talebiyle Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fine sevk edildi.<\/p>\n

Hakimlik taraf\u0131ndan, adli kontrol talebiyle sevk edilen \u015f\u00fcphelilerin tamam\u0131 hakk\u0131nda adli kontrol tedbiri uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi. Tutuklama talebiyle sevk edilen 52 \u015f\u00fcpheliden 31’i tutuklan\u0131rken, 21’i hakk\u0131nda adli kontrol tedbiri uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Firari \u015f\u00fcpheliler ile cezaevinde bulunan baz\u0131 \u015f\u00fcpheliler y\u00f6n\u00fcnden soru\u015fturman\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve titizlikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bildirildi.<\/p>\n
