Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin, 2.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7inde kalmak \u00fczere; 791.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin tamam\u0131 sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle y\u00fczde 100 art\u0131\u015fla 791.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 1.582.000.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na, ihra\u00e7 edilecek, 791.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n, pay sahiplerine \u015firket sermayesindeki mevcut paylar\u0131 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak ve sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n kaydi sisteme ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemizin ‘Sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe ili\u015fkin olarak haz\u0131rlanan tadil metninin kabul edilmesine, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u015flemlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve i\u015flemlerin ifa ve ikmali i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK), Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e, Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere resmi kurumlar nezdinde gerekli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve devam\u0131ndaki i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerin takibine karar verildi.”<\/p>\n
