Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimizin uzun d\u00f6nem operasyonel ara\u00e7 kiralama faaliyetlerinin geni\u015fletilmesi ve artan m\u00fc\u015fteri taleplerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla kurumsal m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin kullan\u0131m\u0131na tahsis edilmek \u00fczere toplam 555 adet ara\u00e7 1.425.370.545 TL toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m bedeliyle sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yat\u0131r\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda, toplam 1.786.249.647 TL kontrat geliri elde edilecektir. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda halka arzdan elde edilen net fonun yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 28’i kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu fon kullan\u0131m\u0131 halka arz izahnamesinde belirtilen kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131yla uyumludur.
Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u015firketimizin filo b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ve kiralama kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye dayal\u0131 ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir gelir yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedeflerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 beklenmektedir. \u015eirketimiz, halka arzdan elde edilen kaynaklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejileri do\u011frultusunda, gelir yaratma potansiyeli y\u00fcksek yat\u0131r\u0131mlara y\u00f6nlendirmeye devam edecektir.” ifadesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
