G\u00fcndem maddelerine ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce konu\u015fan Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bozbey, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 performans program\u0131n\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 haz\u0131rlanan 2026 mali y\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bununla beraber merkezi y\u00f6netim b\u00fct\u00e7e g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin TBMM Plan B\u00fct\u00e7e Komisyonu\u2019nda halihaz\u0131rda devam etti\u011fini ve rakamlar\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip ettiklerini vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan Bozbey, merkezi y\u00f6netim b\u00fct\u00e7esinin t\u00fcm kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6sterici oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Bozbey, merkezi y\u00f6netim b\u00fct\u00e7esinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 78,37 oldu\u011funu, Bursa\u2019da genel b\u00fct\u00e7e vergi gelirleri tahsilat oran\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 76,7 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatarak, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n

\u201cBursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemizin 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7esi 36 milyar 500 milyon olarak tahmin edilmi\u015fken, 2025 y\u0131lsonu itibariyle 29 milyar 250 milyon olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi tahmin edilmektedir. Bu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oran\u0131 da y\u00fczde 80\u2019dir. Ekim sonu olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimizde yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 65 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunun sebepleri, merkezi y\u00f6netim b\u00fct\u00e7esinden gelen paylarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olmas\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kamu yarar\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek de\u011ferinin alt\u0131nda teklifler oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ertelememizdir.\u201d<\/p>\n

17 il\u00e7e belediyesi b\u00fct\u00e7elerinin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplant\u0131da, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyesinin performans esasl\u0131 olarak haz\u0131rlanan ve 37 milyar TL olarak belirlenen 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 gider b\u00fct\u00e7esi oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 gelir b\u00fct\u00e7esi oy birli\u011fiyle kabul edildi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Bozbey, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyesi b\u00fct\u00e7esinin Bursa\u2019ya ve vatanda\u015flara hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 temenni etti.<\/p>\n
