Teklif kapsam\u0131nda, belediyenin tek hissedar\u0131 oldu\u011fu Sofya Elektrikli Ula\u015f\u0131m \u015eirketi’nin sermayesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011flanacak kayna\u011f\u0131n yeni toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak avans \u00f6demelerinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

2024-2030 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan yenileme program\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde filoya 20 al\u00e7ak tabanl\u0131 tramvay, 40 adet 18 metrelik troleyb\u00fcs, 35 adet 12 metrelik troleyb\u00fcs ile \u015farj altyap\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte 50 elektrikli otob\u00fcs\u00fcn kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Projenin toplam s\u00f6zle\u015fme bedelinin KDV hari\u00e7 yakla\u015f\u0131k 128,8 milyon avro oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, finansman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u015firket sermayesinin 41,8 milyon avroya kadar art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 teklif edildi.<\/p>\n

Belediye, yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n mevcut al\u0131m s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin finansman yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle iptal edilmesi riskini azaltmay\u0131 ve ba\u015fkentte daha modern, eri\u015filebilir ve \u00e7evre dostu toplu ula\u015f\u0131m hizmeti sunmay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n
