Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”Marka Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding A.\u015e y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f 1 Ocak 2025 \u2013 31 Aral\u0131k 2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin, TMS\/TFRS esas\u0131na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re olu\u015fan finansal tablolar\u0131n incelenmesi sonucunda ekte yer alan kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosunda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere;\u00a0\u015firketimizin 01.01.2025 \u2013 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin olarak SPK d\u00fczenlemelerine g\u00f6re olu\u015fan net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 169,428,607.05 TL, yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re olu\u015fan net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 234,062,138.05 TL’dir. Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00f6nem sonucunun zararla kapanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, 2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin olarak kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin bu teklifin 2025 ola\u011fan genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na toplant\u0131da haz\u0131r bulunan \u00fcyelerin oy birli\u011fiyle karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
