Yeni deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uymayan \u00e7ok bina var alanda. Mevcut durumda derme \u00e7atma binalar var. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 28 bin metrakarelik bir alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Proje alan\u0131m\u0131z buras\u0131. 3 adadan olu\u015facak proje. Alan\u0131nda bir k\u0131sm\u0131 tamamen \u0130zmit Belediyesine ait. 11 parsel \u0130zmit Belediyesine ait o y\u00fczden bu alan\u0131 se\u00e7memizdeki en \u00f6nemli etken oldu.
