Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”1, 2 ve 3 Temmuz 2026 tarihlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Ekim Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi A.\u015e paylar\u0131n\u0131n halka arz\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halka arzda pay ba\u015f\u0131na fiyat 30,26 TL olarak belirlenmi\u015f ve halka arz edilen 162.000.000 adet pay\u0131n tamam\u0131 sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halka arz boyutu 4.902.120.000 TL ve halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 19,47 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Halka arzda, toplam 7.787.817.543,10 TL tutar\u0131nda ve 257.363.435 adet paya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen, toplam 726.900 adet filtrelenmemi\u015f ba\u015fvuru al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halka arzda, yurt i\u00e7i bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ile y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara tahsis edilen paylar\u0131n 1,31 kat\u0131 ve yurt i\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara tahsis edilen paylar\u0131n 2,72 kat\u0131 talep toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece, halka arzda planlanan tahsisat\u0131n toplam 1,59 kat\u0131 talep olmu\u015ftur. Halka arz sonucunda, 707.760 adedi yurt i\u00e7i bireysel ve y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar olmak \u00fczere, toplam 707.851 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Halka arz sonucunda, halka arz\u0131n y\u00fczde 52,89\u2019una denk gelen 85.677.956 adet pay yurt i\u00e7i bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara, y\u00fczde 27,11\u2019ine denk gelen 43.922.044 adet pay y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara, y\u00fczde 20,00\u2019sine denk gelen 32.400.000 adet pay yurt i\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
