Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimizin 8.000.0000.000 TL’lik kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalmak ko\u015fuluyla 960.336.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 642.435.188 TL’si sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan ve 317.900.812 TL’si ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere (yasal kay\u0131tlarda ise 380.609.329,09 TL’si sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan, 105.187,79 TL’si hisse senedi ihra\u00e7 primlerinden, 29.906.995,15 TL’si yasal yedeklerden, 493.858.861,61 TL’si ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden ve 55.855.626,36 TL’si \u00f6zel fonlar hesab\u0131ndan) toplam 960.336.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 1.920.672.000 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesine karar verilmesiyle ilgili olarak 03.07.2026 tarihinde ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ilgili maddesinin tadil edilmesi amac\u0131yla Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK) ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
