Gedik Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul De\u011ferler A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin y\u00fczde 55,79 oran\u0131nda ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Turpe Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 A.\u015e y\u00f6netim kurulu taraf\u0131ndan \u015firketin mevcut faaliyet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015fim sermayesi yat\u0131r\u0131m ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 stat\u00fcs\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak, T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine tabi bir anonim \u015firket olarak faaliyetlerine devam etmesine karar verildi\u011fi ve bu kapsamda gerekli SPK ba\u015fvurusunun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi KAP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 19.09.2025 tarihinde duyurulmu\u015ftu. Giri\u015fim sermayesi yat\u0131r\u0131m ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 stat\u00fcs\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kma amac\u0131yla esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine izin verilmesi talebinin SPK taraf\u0131ndan olumlu kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00fcnvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi i\u00e7in SPK’dan onay al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi de KAP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 09.04.2026 tarihinde duyurulmu\u015ftu. Bu kapsamda, \u015firketin ticari stat\u00fcs\u00fc anonim \u015firket olarak de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f, yeni ticaret \u00fcnvan\u0131 Turpe Teknoloji ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi olarak tescil edilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
