”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-18.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi’nin ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uyar\u0131nca, \u015firketimizin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 168.000.000 TL’den 2.352.000.000 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesine, art\u0131r\u0131lan 2.184.000.000 TL tutar\u0131n, 168.436.645,79 TL’sinin sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan, 531.070.213,43 TL’sinin hisse senedi ihra\u00e7 primlerinden (emisyon primi), 1.484.493.140,78 TL’sinin ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar karlar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na konu tutar\u0131n \u015firketimiz ortaklar\u0131na hisseleri oran\u0131nda bedelsiz pay olarak tevdi edilmesine, art\u0131r\u0131lan 2.184.000.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki sermayenin 356.200.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki (356.200.000 adet) k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n nama yaz\u0131l\u0131 A grubu imtiyazl\u0131 paylardan, 1.827.800.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki (1.827.800.000 adet) k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ise hamiline yaz\u0131l\u0131 B grubu paylardan olu\u015fmas\u0131na, bu kapsamda d\u00fczenlenecek ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla SPK’ya ve Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e ile ilgili di\u011fer kurumlara ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmas\u0131na ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin sermayeye ili\u015fkin 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli i\u015flemlerin tamamlanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
