Haldeki esnafla bir araya gelen Ba\u015fkan Vekili Biba, ticaret merkezinin i\u015fleyi\u015fi, mevcut durumu ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi ald\u0131.
