D\u00fcnyan\u0131n ikinci b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomisi konumunu koruyan \u00c7in\u2019in, k\u00fcresel ekonomiye katk\u0131 oran\u0131 uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r y\u00fczde 30 d\u00fczeyinde seyrediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00c7in Kom\u00fcnist Partisi ve \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin faaliyetlerinin merkezinde yer al\u0131yor. Ekonomik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ba\u015far\u0131yla y\u00f6netmek, \u00c7KP\u2019nin devlet y\u00f6netimindeki \u00f6ncelikli misyonu olmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen \u00c7KP 18. Ulusal Kongresi\u2019nin ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ilk Merkezi Ekonomi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda Xi Jinping, ekonomik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ba\u015far\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131. Xi Jinping\u2019in ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00c7KP Merkez Komitesi, tarihi de\u011fi\u015fimler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00c7in ekonomisinin \u201cyeni bir normal\u201d evresine girdi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu. Ard\u0131ndan Xi; inovatif, koordineli, ye\u015fil, a\u00e7\u0131k ve payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 kalk\u0131nma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak, \u00c7in ekonomisini y\u00fcksek kaliteli kalk\u0131nma yoluna y\u00f6nlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Xi Jinping\u2019in ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00c7KP Merkez Komitesi\u2019nin liderli\u011finde \u00c7in halk\u0131, pek \u00e7ok zorlu\u011fun \u00fcstesinden gelerek bir dizi s\u0131namay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla atlatt\u0131. \u00c7in\u2019in ekonomik ve teknolojik kapasitesi ile kapsaml\u0131 ulusal g\u00fcc\u00fc yeni zirvelere ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7in tarz\u0131 modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde sa\u011flam ad\u0131mlar at\u0131l\u0131rken, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 projeler hayata ge\u00e7irildi, b\u00f6lgesel e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc kalk\u0131nma vizyonu ivme kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Fikri M\u00fclkiyet \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan K\u00fcresel \u0130novasyon Endeksi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda \u00c7in, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki 34. s\u0131radan 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10. s\u0131raya y\u00fckseldi.
