Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye sistemine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, \u015firketimizin, kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n 207.750.000 TL’den 2.000.000.000 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesine, kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinin 2026-2030 olarak belirlenmesine ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 8. maddesinin tadili konusunda izin al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, SPK’ya ba\u015fvurumuz onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulacak, genel kurulda kabul edilmesi halinde ticaret siciline tescil edilerek y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecektir.” bilgidi verildi.<\/p>\n
