\u0130Y\u0130 Parti Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 M\u00fcsavat Dervi\u015fo\u011flu, S\u00f6zc\u00fc TV\u2019de kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 programda Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’ne (CHP) y\u00f6nelik \u201cmutlak butlan\u201d karar\u0131, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n olas\u0131 adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131, yarg\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve \u201cTer\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00fcre\u00e7lere ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n

CHP ile ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalara de\u011finen Dervi\u015fo\u011flu, s\u00f6z konusu s\u00fcrecin yaln\u0131zca bir parti i\u00e7 meselesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cBu i\u015fin arkas\u0131nda iktidar sahipleri var\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131. Yarg\u0131 kararlar\u0131n\u0131n siyasi sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilecek \u015fekilde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan Dervi\u015fo\u011flu, bunun \u201cdemokrasiye m\u00fcdahale niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d dile getirdi.<\/p>\n

Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n yeniden adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na da de\u011finen Dervi\u015fo\u011flu, anayasa h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine dikkat \u00e7ekerek Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n yeniden aday olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu. Erken se\u00e7im yoluyla \u201cistisnai adayl\u0131k\u201d tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 da ele\u015ftiren Dervi\u015fo\u011flu, bu t\u00fcr bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u201csiyasi namus tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ifade ederek, \u201cSe\u00e7ime k\u0131sa s\u00fcre kala bu \u015fekilde bir yol aranmas\u0131 kabul edilemez\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
