K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan “Sinema Filmlerinin De\u011ferlendirilmesi ve S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik”te yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, mevcut indirimli bilet t\u00fcrlerine film \u00f6zel bileti eklendi. Uygulama sayesinde yap\u0131mc\u0131lar ile sinema salonu i\u015fletmecileri aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler do\u011frultusunda belirli yap\u0131mlar i\u00e7in \u00f6zel fiyatland\u0131rma yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n
Yeni sistemde, tam bilet fiyat\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fczde 70’i a\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde indirim uygulanarak sabit fiyatl\u0131 bilet sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecek. \u0130ndirim oranlar\u0131 ve bilet fiyatlar\u0131, filmin yap\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 veya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ile sinema salonu i\u015fletmecisi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak anla\u015fmalarla belirlenecek.<\/p>\n
D\u00fczenlemenin mevcut indirim uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 etkilemeyece\u011fi belirtilirken, \u00f6\u011frenciler, halk g\u00fcn\u00fc uygulamas\u0131ndan yararlananlar, belirli ya\u015f gruplar\u0131 ve baz\u0131 kamu meslek gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 40’a kadar, engelliler, \u015fehit yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ve gaziler i\u00e7in ise y\u00fczde 50’ye kadar indirim uygulamas\u0131 devam edecek.<\/p>\n
Bakanl\u0131k, film \u00f6zel biletlerine ili\u015fkin bilgilerin yetkilendirilen altyap\u0131lar \u00fczerinden kendisine iletilmesini zorunlu hale getirirken, uygulaman\u0131n sisteme dahil olan sinema salonlar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ge\u00e7erli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan, sinema salonlar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen “Her \u00c7ar\u015famba Sinema G\u00fcn\u00fc” kampanyas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda biletler 140 TL sabit fiyatla sat\u0131\u015fa sunulmaya devam edecek.<\/p>\n
