Bu kapsamda, pay devir i\u015flemine y\u00f6nelik olarak kapan\u0131\u015f gerekliliklerinin yerine getirilmesini takiben, \u015firketimiz aktifinde yer alan 76.035.136,43 TL nominal de\u011ferli Ak\u00e7ansa paylar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n, 1,1 milyar ABD Dolar\u0131 toplam \u015firket de\u011feri \u00fczerinden bor\u00e7, nakit ve di\u011fer d\u00fczeltmeler neticesinde, 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar i\u00e7in 5,62743 ABD Dolar\u0131 birim fiyat \u00fczerinden toplam 427.882.713 ABD Dolar\u0131 bedelle Heidelberg Materials AG’ye devrine ili\u015fkin i\u015flemler 18.06.2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup, sat\u0131\u015f bedelinin tamam\u0131 pe\u015fin olarak tahsil edilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
