Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-18.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi’nin 6. maddesinin 6. f\u0131kras\u0131nda yer alan ‘Her t\u00fcr i\u00e7 kaynak ile kar pay\u0131n\u0131n sermayeye ilave edilmesi suretiyle ve birle\u015fme, b\u00f6l\u00fcnme ve benzeri genel kurul karar\u0131 gerektiren i\u015flemler neticesinde, her bir tavan kapsam\u0131nda bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 a\u015f\u0131labilir.’ h\u00fckm\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda, \u015firketimizin mevcut 112.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 1.232.000.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak, 1.344.000.000 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesine ili\u015fkin SPK’ya ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmu\u015ftur.” denildi.<\/p>\n
