Radev, kamu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesine y\u00f6nelik bir mekanizman\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini ifade ederek, sistemin kamu kurumlar\u0131, belediyeler ve denetim organlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilece\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n
