”Kripto varl\u0131k hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 olarak SPK’n\u0131n faaliyette bulunanlar listesinde yer alan ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Rootech Kripto Varl\u0131k Al\u0131m Sat\u0131m Platformu A.\u015e’nin 12.06.2026 tarihinde yap\u0131lan 2025 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda; Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) III-35\/B.2 say\u0131l\u0131 Kripto Varl\u0131k Hizmet Sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Usul ve Esaslar\u0131 ile Sermaye Yeterlili\u011fi Hakk\u0131nda Tebli\u011fi ile 31.12.2025 tarihli ve 2025\/68 say\u0131l\u0131 SPK b\u00fclteni kapsam\u0131nda ilan edilen g\u00fcncel asgari sermaye y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerine uyum sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, 150.000.000 TL olan sermayesinin 100.000.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 250.000.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda, \u015firketin y\u00fczde 100 orta\u011f\u0131 olarak, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere 100.000.000 TL nakdi sermaye konulmas\u0131na ve s\u00f6z konusu tutar\u0131n 16.06.2026 tarihinde \u015firketin Garanti Bankas\u0131 A.\u015e Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Ticari \u015eubesi nezdindeki hesab\u0131na \u00f6denmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
